Suominen Green Bay Nonwovens is currently seeking a Logistics Operator (Shipping/Receiving) to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and shipping/receiving experience.

• Load trucks/trailers in accordance with applicable documentation, in correct sequence and ensuring adherence to applicable safety and quality standards.
• Handle finished goods, raw materials and auxiliary materials.
• Handle shipping and receiving documentation (manifest) in accordance with established procedures and utilizing various IT systems and tools.
• Build pallets/orders as needed/directed to support accurate order fulfillment.
• Support required inventory counts.
• Attention to detail inspecting Out Of Conformance packaging and possible safety issues.
• Ability to multitask loading material while also ensuring quality of handling units.

Work Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and have thorough knowledge of all internal computer systems.
• Read, write and speak English
• Basic Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Forklift experience required

Physical Demands:

• Ability to handle up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to dust, vibration, noise, heights, elevated platforms, confined spaces, chemicals, temperature variation and rotating equipment.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment is required.
• Must be physically able to operate a lift truck.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.48 per hour
