o Participate in ongoing training, focusing on team building and mentorship
o Become an expert in renewable energy and their benefits for homeowners
o Communicate face to face with customers and generate interest in solar, including in home consultations with customers
o Help families save money through our consumer-focused sales practice
o Be professional and courteous while educating homeowners
o Represent Sunwise Energy and its brand with integrity
