  • Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Greet patients as they arrive, assist with the check-in process, and verify their demographic and insurance information. Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimizing wait times. Handle patient check-out, schedule follow-up visits, and provide any necessary instructions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment schedule, optimizing the use of time slots and accommodating urgent or high-priority cases. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a balanced and efficient schedule.
