This role involves providing excellent customer service by welcoming service customers as they arrive, collecting necessary information, confirming the purpose of their visit, and safely maneuvering their vehicles from the service drive to the holding lot. 4. Vehicle Movement: Safely drive customer vehicles from the service drive to the holding lot located behind the dealership, adhering to all safety guidelines.

5. Communication: Effectively communicate with service advisors and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

6. Walking and Mobility: Perform tasks that involve a decent amount of walking and mobility within the dealership premises.
