3. **Product Presentation:**

- Acquire and convey in-depth knowledge of solar offerings. (we train on this)

- Tailor presentations to individual homeowner needs. (we train on this)

4. **Lead Qualification:**

- Assess homeowner interest and suitability for solar. (we train on this)

- Secure appointments for experienced closers. (we train on this)

5. **Adaptability and Learning:**

- Stay informed on solar technology and industry trends. (we train on this)

- Adapt sales strategies based on feedback and market changes. (we train on this)

Pay: $80,663.00 - $149,000.00 per year
