Job Description:
Suntek Lawn Care is looking for a results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to drive business growth by acquiring commercial properties as clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the lawn care industry, with a focus on targeting commercial clients such as property managers, facility owners, and commercial real estate agents.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential commercial clients in the target market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new commercial clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on acquiring commercial clients.
• Knowledge of the lawn care industry and understanding of commercial property management practices.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.93 - $17.12 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
