The Product Owner is responsible for products from ideation to implementation working in an Agile environment. The Product Owner works closely with SunStream customers to understand their needs, maintains a product roadmap and communicates product value. The Product Owner collaborates closely with the Scrum Master, Solution Architect and Developers to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by customers.Required Knowledge and SkillsExpert knowledge of payment processing and loan accounting; Cash management knowledge is preferableExpert knowledge in Agile methodologyWorking knowledge of financial accounting processes and practicesSkill in setting strategy for product developmentStrong relationship management skillsSkill in utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to maximize efficiency and effectivenessSkill in gathering, compiling, organizing, and analyzing informationSkill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely mannerStrong oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, management, and customersResponsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of SunStream and client systems and dataMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, or Accounting preferred8 years of related loan accounting, banking, cash management, agile experience1-3 years of leadership experienceExperience working with software applications and development teamsBusiness LeadOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the jobAre you ready for a rewarding career where you can make an impact?
