Email Location: Stanford Shopping Center Job Type: Full Time **Restaurant Manager**
Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for leading and driving the daily operations including managing the kitchen and dining room, overseeing the development of all team members, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Shake Shack complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Administrations (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS) to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission in the workplace. The ETS establishes binding requirements to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers (100 or more employees) from the risk of contracting COVID-19 in the workplace.
In order to work at Shake Shack, you must either be completely vaccinated (defined as 2 weeks after the second dose in a two dose vaccine series or 2 weeks after the first dose in a one dose vaccine series) by February 9, 2022 or submit to weekly COVID-19 testing.
This ETS goes into effect on **January 10, 2022** and Shake Shack must comply with the testing requirement of the ETS by **February 9, 2022**.
