As a sales associate, you will be responsible for customer engagement, supporting the selling process and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Greeting, connecting with and advising customers in a friendly and meaningful way
-Educating self and customers on product, policy and service
-Providing customers a luxury experience with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and exceeding expectations
-Fostering constructive communication with customers and colleagues to ensure a consistent outstanding experience and contribute to a positive working environment
-Promoting the core values and culture of Sunstop Sunglasses
-Executing all operational and service standards set forth by Sunstop Sunglasses

Requirements:
-Proven successful experience in retail, luxury retail or service related position preferred
-Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
-Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and acquiring skills
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays

This position is eligible for hourly plus commission pay.

Those with other engagements such as school, other jobs, etc are encouraged to apply based on the flexibility of the hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
