Position Requirements
- 5-8 years’ progressively related experience in Rental Fleet Management as a Fleet, District, or Branch Manager.
- Strong understanding of the rental industry, construction equipment and primary equipment types required.
- Previous experience and proven success record overseeing multiple locations.
- Strong financial and business acumen, data driven and high level of analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Travel required: 40%-50%
