Your Role

Greet and serve customers in the fishing/sporting goods department.
Share your interest and knowledge of local fishing and outdoor sports.
Receive, store, and distribute sporting goods and related products.
Actively promote increased sales by suggesting additional products when assisting customers.
Demonstrate the use of fishing and sporting goods products to customers.

About You

Must have in-depth knowledge of sporting goods, fishing, reels and related products.
Able to provide Sunshine Ace’s famous customer service.
Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Move heavier items with assistance.
Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
