- Successful prior track record as a Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of one or more of the following trades: Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry, Paint and Drywall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients and vendors as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades (Not necessarily having every tool, but basic tools and knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks).
- Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the company’s insurance carrier’s standards.
- Residence within 25 miles of our Ace Hardware store and/or cities we service
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
