Schedule: Thursday through Saturday with alternating Wednesdays; 8am-8pm

Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain production work schedules for multiple warehousing facilities
• Must understand production line capabilities, capacity, and item run rates.
• Identify and escalate production items that may be at high risk of customer service failure.
• Harmonize scheduling practices across designated facilities and ensure production output meets
organizational expectations
• Distribute production schedule to Production Management across all designated facilities, on a regular
basis, throughout the work day.
• Effectively communicate all additions to the production schedule for same day shipping orders to
Production Management
• Communicate and track Production Focus Runs across designated facilities, with an understanding of
SOP’s and current run rates. Report any deviations from SOP.
• Communicate with Commodity Inventory Control teams at designated facilities to understand allocation
concerns and discrepancies.

Education/Background Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years’ experience in production environment required

pieces of information and find creative solutions.

• Proficient in use of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong communication skills.
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Outlook; ERP system.
• Available to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays will be required).

Working Conditions:
• Combination of office (50%) and refrigerated warehouse (50%) environment.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
