Located in the heart of Divisadero, Sunset Squares Slice Shop is a beloved destination for late-night pizza enthusiasts. We're passionate about delivering high-quality, delicious pizza slices that keep our customers coming back for more. As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a skilled Pizza Maker/Line Cook to join our late-night team on a part-time basis, with full-time potential.

Schedule:

• Thursday: 6:30pm - 1:30am
• Friday: 8pm - 3:30am
• Saturday 1:30pm - 9pm

Your Role:

• Pizza Crafting: Prepare and cook pizzas according to our signature recipes.
• Kitchen Operations: Assist with line cook duties, prep work, and kitchen maintenance to ensure a smooth operation. You will be opening the restaurant for service on Saturdays.
• Quality Control: Uphold our high standards for food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Team Player: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced: Proven experience as a pizza maker or line cook. Knowledge of different pizza types and preparation techniques.
• Night Owl: Willingness to work late-night shifts, including weekends.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure.
• Sanitation Savvy: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
