Description
As a Resident Aide, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.

This position is 24 hrs/week on the 3rd shift from 10:30pm-7am and would require two weekdays and every other weekend.
Wage: $15.00 per hour *Experience considered ($14.00 Base wage $1.00 2nd Shift Differential)

Requirements
We provide training on how to handle situations in a professional manner that promotes the resident's rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. It is important for you to have good communication skills because you will be working closely alongside other staff members and residents. Your job requires a lot of flexibility and patience as well because many residents have unique needs.
