Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will showcase your culinary expertise by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to maximize sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Familiarity with basic culinary techniques for garnishing drinks
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
