Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Join the Sunset Properties team in Cody! We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our hotel properties shine.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and guest-related equipment
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards for guest and staff well-being
• Respond to guest repair requests promptly
• Collaborate on routine and preventative maintenance plans

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Experience with general maintenance tools
• Troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers
• Fixed schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related maintenance experience preferred, but on the job training is provided.
• Consistent work history

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Tolerance for exposure to extreme temperatures and cleaning chemicals
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, all seasons

Compensation & Benefits:
