Boutique aesthetic plastic surgery practice in the Coral Gables section of Miami formed by a renowned double board-certified plastic surgeon is seeking a sales coordinator for a full-time position. This is a very diverse practice with staff members and patients from different backgrounds. We have a large percentage of patients who speak Mandarin Chinese and are seeking a surgical coordinator with sales experience and basic language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Job duties include contacting patients, creating a profile in the online portal, facilitating a consultation between patient and surgeon, providing quotes for surgery, scheduling surgery dates, and collecting payment for surgery. Patients are acquired mainly from direct referrals and social media presence, allowing much greater ease of sales compared to other plastic surgery practices in Miami. This job offers a tremendous opportunity for growth to an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to grow with the surgeon and advance over years. The candidate must be able to multitask and handle large volumes of patient calls and consultations. Due to the large volume of patients, the income potential with commissions is very high for this job position compared to other similar practices. A competitive base salary is also offered to ensure a base level of income.

$17 per hour plus 0.5% of sales in commission. A dedicated sales coordinator can make $1,000-1,500 per week ($50,000-75,000 per year).

Basic Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is required. Fluent English language proficiency is required. Bilingual Spanish language proficiency is highly valued. Positive attitude and strong ability to work within a team environment and interact with customers is required. Sales experience is preferred (does not need to be in plastic surgery). Those without a medical background are highly encouraged to apply for this position; training will be included to teach the aspects of sales unique to plastic surgery.
