Job Summary
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the hotels revenue by overseeing the distribution strategy of the hotel; manage the day-to-day yield operations; perform intensive data analysis and use the analytics and performance data to predict customer behavior, implement and manage the pricing and distribution strategies, policies, and processes resulting in the maximization of the hotel revenues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Responsible for best practice standards to include competitor analysis; environmental scanning market modeling distribution yield management, business mix: yield management length of stay yield management inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts.
Responsible for managing the relationship with the outside call center for reservations and address needs accordingly.
Oversee and implement revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Education include:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Degree in Finance preferred.
Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred.
Proficient in English- verbal and written communication.
Computer and Software Skills
Physical Requirements include:
Salary Range: $77,000 - $85,000
