Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing and serving a variety of beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices
- Process customer payments using cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
