Auto Detail Manager

The Detail Manager is responsible for supervision, training, and scheduling Used car details, customer pay details and team members. The crew has the duty to wash, clean and detail vehicles using high pressure equipment and products to maintain the cleanliness of all vehicle inventory on the dealership property.

Qualifications:

• Prior Auto Detailing experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to learn computer POS system
• Ability to train, motivate, and schedule Team members.
• Good judgement and willingness to produce quality work
• Good driving record and judgement

Responsibilities:

• Completely detail vehicles with efficiency and accuracy
• Supervise, train, and schedule Detail Team
• Use high-pressure equipment to achieve desired results
• Ability to work in shop setting including weather elements
• Able to account for all dealership owned tools and equipment
• Oversee Teams work quality on each vehicle
