The masonry associate is a key team member and the face of the masonry department. As a masonry associate you will greet and assist customers with their block orders. Here are some of the things you will do:

• Assist in answering questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms for customers.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Arrange and direct delivery of products.
• Perform general clerical duties
• Handle miscellaneous requests from managers and sales representatives.
