We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Embroidery Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products according to customer specifications. You will work closely with our production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery machines to embroider designs onto various materials, such as apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
• Mount, Hoop, and select backing and topping for embroidery task.
• Set up machines by selecting appropriate threads, needles, and settings according to job requirements.
• Load materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate embroidery.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
• Trim, Cut, and Finish embroidered items
• Fold, Count, Bag and Box finished goods for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating embroidery machines (Tajima and Happy)

- Must be able to stand for entirety of shift. Bending, reaching and walking are needed to move product.

· Fine motor skills, use of hands, wrists, and fingers to inspect and trim product

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and work orders

· Basic math, ability to add and subtract whole numbers. Use of calculator is permitted.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Screen printing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Embroidery: 1 year (Preferred)
