Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our wellness team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality resident care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This position is based in an assisted living facility setting and requires expertise in various medical procedures and treatments.

Duties:

- Perform physical examinations and health assessments on residents

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patient vital signs and assess any changes in health status

- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and medication management

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans

- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results

- Perform airway management procedures as needed

- Provide family planning counseling and education

- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using electronic health record systems

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of medical standards, procedures, and protocols

- Ability to perform physical examinations with attention to detail

- Experience in airway management techniques

- Competency in diagnostic evaluation interpretation

- Familiarity with family planning methods and counseling techniques

- Skilled in administering medications via various routes (oral, intravenous, inhalation)

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse license in [STATE]

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required

- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital/ assisted living facility setting

Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
