The Opportunity

Sunrise Medical Marijuana Dispensary is looking for dynamic and service-oriented individuals who will welcome patients and visitors as a receptionist for our facility. The Receptionist position will ensure compliance with local regulations and laws, ensure seamless operations of the front desk area and assist patients as needed. Job Description

The Receptionist position is a full time role and will be responsible for the successful operations of the facility. This role will be key to ensuring all patient/visitor check in procedures and processes are followed, delivering exceptional customer service and a focus on contributing to a collaborative, team oriented environment.

Duties will include but not be limited to the following;

• Daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedule

• Monitors visitor access and issues badges when required.

• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

• Accurate and timely data entry of patient and/or customer profiles.

• Knowledgeable of medical and retail products.

• Assist in facilitating the flow of traffic within the dispensary

• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as specified by Sunrise and drive customer loyalty

• Contribute to an environment based upon communication, teamwork and engagement

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service

• Be proficient in, and ensure compliance with Sunrise policies, regulations adherence, procedures, and standards

Qualifications:

• Must be over 21 years of age

• Able to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Card

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent customer service skills

• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time, bend and lift over 50 lbs. comfortably

• Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends

• Knowledgeable of the Medical Marijuana industry and medical marijuana products

• Must be able to speak English fluently; additional languages preferred

• Computer and technology skills required

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Maryville, MO 64468: Relocate before starting work (Required)
