POSITION SUMMARY

The Integration Engineering Manager will lead a team of integration engineers to create and support new ETL, API consumption, data pipelines, and application integration in service of Sunrise Bank’s Fintech business and core banking processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and set performance goal for direct reports
• Organize work in sprints and oversee Agile ceremonies for the Integration Team
• Set the standard for excellence in all areas of data integration
• Build out pipelines to support the Bank’s RDBMS/NoSQL structures
• Model expertise in building API integration and data consumption
• Oversee process automation and orchestration
• Demonstrate excellent documentation skills, prioritizing clarity and succinctness
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills particularly in the ability to interpret business requirements and interface with business lines for greater clarity
• Work well in a team atmosphere where one is comfortable assisting other team members and being assisted by them
• Partner with leaders in business lines to understand engineering needs and workflows. Foster those relationships across engineering team members and respective roles in business org.

This position supervises integration engineering positions.

Responsible for the hiring, performance management, and development of these employee(s).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 2 Year college degree/certificate or business-related field preferred.
• 3-4 years supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 5 years SQL Server/SSIS or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years API integration experience required.
• 2-3 years scripting/programming languages preferred.
• Conversant knowledge of emerging cloud technologies preferred.
• Prior experience with orchestration and RPA technologies preferred.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills required.
• Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
