Sunrise Treatment Center is Hiring a Clinical Support Specialist (CDCA) Near Springfield, OH
- Perform clinical duties which may include but is not limited to, screening, intake, orientation, crisis intervention, client education, referral, reports and record keeping.
- Collecting and processing toxicology screenings.
- Assists with patient access to treatment.
- Maintain patient records and produce timely documentation of services rendered, if authorized to do so by license or credential.
- Covers basic administrative staff responsibilities, such as answering phone calls and staffing the front admin. area in times of need.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient accounts.
- May assist in the preparation, organization, serving and cleaning up of patient meals (specific to PHP programs).
- May assist with errands, such as obtaining supplies, shopping, picking up necessary items (specific to PHP programs).
- Remain current with changes in policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in relevant continuing education and in-service training to improve professional competency.
- Maintain professional work conduct and ethical confidentiality.
- Perform other related work as required or assigned.
