Job Summary:
Sunrise Title Company is seeking a knowledgeable, innovative, growth-oriented candidate interested in exploring a career in the title industry as a Title/Escrow Assistant. This position offers advancement potential to grow into a role as a licensed Title Escrow Officer. The candidate will gain exposure to various industries, including title insurance, real estate, mortgage, finance, and related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for real estate closings
• Disburse funds from real estate closings
• Customer-facing communication
• Manage emails
• Other administrative functions

Knowledge and Skills:

Qualifications:

• An interest and willingness to learn about the following industries: title insurance, mortgage, real estate, financial, and related industries
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in loan origination, underwriting, or related financial services is a plus

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma with one year of professional office experience OR currently enrolled in a business or other related program
• Strong ethics and integrity
• Represent Sunrise Title Company in a professional manner
• Acceptable background check
