Schedule/ Remote Flexibility: Hybrid Onsite / RemoteWork Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.Education And Experience Requirement
  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Preferred Interview Times: varies week to week.
  • Team Size: 7 recruiters.
  • Purpose/ Mission of Team: shared model TA team, supporting multiple business units across North America.
Essential Duties
  • Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting from intake meeting with Hiring Managers through offer of employment and onboarding.
  • Provide support in writing job descriptions and resume screening.
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
  • Participate in and plan networking, recruiting, and hiring events.
  • Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics, to include recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, new hire effectiveness etc.
  • Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees, and colleagues to help identify and source qualified talent.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Provide and ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Ensures that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Providing input on process improvement opportunities.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PENA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate level recruiting experience. Experience to include supervisory/management level recruiting for HR, IT, engineering, EHS, finance/accounting, etc.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks). Has built and maintains a broad network of professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with high volume technical or operational, exempt recruiting.
  • Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent.
  • Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
