Our client, a leading Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company is looking for Planning Administrative Associate and This is for an initial duration of Months at Mobile, AL

Position Type : Hourly Contract Position (W only)

• Position is located ONSITE- either am- : pm or am- : pm, Monday-Friday. (position goes until the end of - There is a chance for them to be extended an additional months)
• Candidates are required to have a strong Procurement background- purchase orders / writing SOWs / managing vendors and parts / contracts / fixed bids / accruals, etc.
• Coupa systems experience is a MUST, SAP experience is highly preferred but not required (ideal candidate would have both systems experience)
• ISN systems experience is preferred, but can be trained onsite if they don't have experience.

Job Duties :

• Enter requisitions on behalf of mill support team for MRO, services, capital equipment and operating supplies.
• Work with Mill Stores team to transport parts and equipment to final location in the Mill
• Secure parts staging areas in the mill and stage parts for capital projects

Qualifications :

• Ability to work with or experience in a Procurement / Purchasing role, preferably experience in a Mill location
• Experience working with contractor services (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, engineering)
• Experience writing scope of work (SOW)
