Roles and Responsibilities :

Compiling and distributing both electronically and manually a large number of chemical product files. Record-keeping, indexing, and scanning.

Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take - months to complete, and the results are seen immediately or within month.

Required qualifications :

The individual must

• possess very good, working knowledge of MS Office suite applications, Adobe Acrobat / Nuance PDF converter or similar applications;
• be willing to work with quite large size of data and be able to generate reports;
• have excellent file management skills,
• be able to manage well conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least several years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

Desired qualifications :

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with FIFRA related tasks (State level labeling and registration) and OSHA's safety data sheets (SDS) is a plus.
