Job Title: Customer Support Rep

Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)
Specific Position Requirements
  • 1st shift hours - candidates will need to work within the time of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
  • OT hours may be required.
May have to work Holidays and partial remote, or full office if requested.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.
As a Customer Support Representative at Client's A&I Products in Rock Valley, Iowa you will service customers through receipt of inbound calls.
In Addition, You Will
  • Place customer orders using multiple business systems
  • Answer questions regarding order status, freight cost, freight status, and product details
  • Perform outbound calls related to sales or potential informative campaigns
  • Service various call queues and possibly chat queues as assigned
  • May be required to work holidays as needed
