Job Title : Account Receivable

Location : Portland, ME 04103

Duration : 3 Months Contract

Job Description :

Typically, this position is Hybrid - 2 days remote and 3 days in office. However, plan on being fully in office, 5 days a week, at least until the individual is fully trained.

Duration : 3 months contract (extension possible depending on future needs and performance)

NOTE From the manager : This is an office, desk position. We will be looking for an individual with Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.

Description :

Review, reconcile and apply payments to customer accounts.

Answer enquiries concerning customer accounts and the proper application of received payments.

Research and provide supporting documentation to assist with collection efforts and refund approvals.

Assist with the daily process of direct debits (auto- Ach) payments for invoices.

Assist with research to support damage claim inquiries and respond to inquiries from debtor / insurance companies / other.

Required Education & Experience :

• High School diploma or its equivalent with Business, Accounting, Finance or related electives preferred with &Client; 7 years of related experience preferably in regulated or insurance industries.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• SAP preferred.
• Experience in collections preferred.
• Experience in Work Management or Plant Maintenance preferred.
