· General lawn care such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, removing debris, and raking lawns

· Weeding and mulching landscape beds

· Trimming/pruning small trees, hedges, and shrubs

· Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees

· Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees

· Monitoring and maintaining plant health

· Maintaining landscape design

· General facilities maintenance such as cleaning walkways

· Maintain outdoor equipment, landscape structures, etc.

· Maintain and winterize automatic watering/irrigation systems

· Clean gutters as needed

· Clean windows as needed

· Assist the Facilities Team with minor facilities repairs such as replacing lights, pressure washing, moving, and during winter, snow and ice removal

· Properly clean, maintain, and store all equipment

· Alert Operations/IT Manager to any building problems; make recommendations as appropriate.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Remove snow and ice using shovel, snow blower, and de-ice compound.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
