Home Care Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Summary of Responsibilities:

The supervisor manages service delivery through the supervision of clients and home care aides. The supervisor maintains documentation of services.

Home Care Supervisor has the general responsibility for supervising, documenting and coordinating the daily activities of Home Care Aides who provide home care services for clients in their private homes.

The duties include but not limited to:

• Orientation of new Home Care Aides
• Home visits with clients/New clients admit
• Coordinating HCA schedules/Staffing clients
• Coordinating client's care with case managers/family etc.
• Evaluating Home Care Aides
• Maintaining client files/Keep service records
• Providing emergency direct care etc.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in Social Services or Home Care delivery system
• Car with valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time management skills

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse workforce
• Ability to pass the DSHS criminal background screening

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:

• $21 - $26/hour
• Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
