Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and development
- Oversee and maintain office procedures and policies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
