We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your role will involve educating customers on the benefits of solar energy, conducting site assessments, and providing customized solar solutions.

Your career starts with uncapped earning potential! The average annual compensation of a first year energy consultant is $175,000 - $300,000. Earning potential for top closers are significantly higher in your region, ranging from average of $450,000 in the past year.

Your Role

All team members are required to become an expert in renewable energy and property energy consumption analysis.

• Help property owners save money by educating them on the benefits of going solar.
• Communicate effectively & maintain client relationships during projects with the help of our project managers.
• Participate in ongoing sales calls, meetings & training exercises.
• All team members are expected to utilize the canvassing app to increase efficiency.
• Interface with decision makers on a daily basis

Qualifications

- Strong background in solar sales, energy sales, and technical sales
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in outside sales and door-to-door sales is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Fluency in Spanish and/or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a sales environment

1 The New Rep Training Bonus is earned over the course of the energy consultants first 90 days of employment upon the completion of certain requirements and is not guaranteed.

2 Sunrise Energy Consultants are paid commissions based on their individual performance, each team member’s earnings will vary.

3. Additional daily/weekly compensation incentives will be eligible for all new reps during training.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
