We're on the hunt for a dynamic, ambitious individual to join our team and embark on the fast track to Finance Director. You will work side by side with the current Finance Director to learn everything required to take over the position!

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with:
• Journal Entries
• Depreciation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Month-End Close
• A/R & A/P
• Meeting Deadlines
• Providing Financial Reports to Board of Directors
• Non-Profit Knowledge and understanding how funding from multiple grants work a plus!

• A self-starter with a hunger for growth and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Expert Microsoft Excell skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
