Leasing and Management Co., Inc., an industry leader and a successful property management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Janitor for our property located in Mattoon. This is a part-time position that has a flexible schedule as long as the hours fall in between Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm and at least three days per week. Preferred schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-1pm.

Must possess:

• Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines
• Position requires occasional extra hours.
• Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
• Ability to work in a fast paced-environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
