Job Description:

SunRise ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Associate Supervisor (RBT in Masters program) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA. This includes providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support while adhering to the highest ethical and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Training: Provide clinical supervision to our clients & their families while ensuring adherence to treatment plans and best practices set forth by the BCBA. All while getting your needed supervision hours for your masters program.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data collected during therapy sessions to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions for treatment adjustments.

  • Behavioral Interventions: Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, including addressing challenging behaviors and promoting skill development.

  • Parent and Caregiver Support: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure effective communication and to provide guidance on implementing ABA strategies in the home environment and clinic setting while reporting to and working closely with your BCBA. ‍‍‍
