The company mainly produces: Air mattress, Above ground pools, Sports, water entertainment, outdoor leisure, blowing toys and other fashion products. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including perform daily and monthly inventory counts and update inventory counts to ERP, and other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform daily and monthly inventory counts and update inventory counts to ERP.
- Manage stock and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Keep timecard record to ensure accurate time and provide attendance reporting to accountant to calculate the payrall. Perform a range of accounting and financial duties, such as financial expense review, reimbursement, payment,Daily entry and exit account, etc.
- Serve as a central point of contact for field and E-commerce team. Responsible for contacting third-party companies to handle Amazon-related video shooting, product off-site promotion and other related matters;
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse space, assist in product selection, refer to peers, supermarkets, and offline stores to select colors and designs, and conduct new product research; Assist Tiansheng Leisure to carry out business development work.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient operations
- Evaluate, verify and process Driver returned products and feedback to the factory quality department. Perform related clerical tasks and audits, and assist labeling to support warehouse logistics.

-Provide telephone customer service and respond to telephone messages in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in warehouse management, including stock control and inventory management
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- High quality organizational skills
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- Teamwork related attitude is required
- English/Chinese bilingual is preferred.
