A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Food & Beverage Supervisor

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you play a leading role in providing genuine customer service. Together with your fellow team members, you take orders, input those orders into the Micros POS system, and obtain payment. Additionally, you prepare ingredients and beverages. You are always sure to communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests as needed. As a customer service rockstar, you deliver an unparalleled experience that fulfills all the wishes and needs of our guests.

You also lend a hand with assisting guests, clearing tables, performing light kitchen prep work, and preparing to-go orders. With great attention to detail, you ensure all equipment areas are clean and stocked appropriately. You prepare and cook food according to the recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards. At the end of the shift, you count the bank, complete cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank. You enjoy providing our guests with exceptional customer service and feel good about giving them a dining experience that exceeds their expectations!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Food & Beverage Supervisor

• At least one year of related experience and managing staff
• Familiarity with food service regulations and alcohol
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Willingness to be a team player
• Commitment to follow all food and beverage safety protocols
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
