Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
