Sunny Sky Products is the leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty beverage concentrates and beverage enhancers. Our premium beverage products reach an array of retail customers including convenience stores, restaurants, concessions, schools, and institutional facilities.

This position will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. The right candidate will be able to work independently on a broad range of equipment and projects, work with operators to keep machines at peak efficiency, and work closely with management to achieve constantly changing goals. The position requires a strong skill set and understanding of electrical components as well as a good knowledge of filling, cappers, labeling, conveyers and packaging equipment. Beverage or food experience is preferred.

This position will report to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team. Utilizing the maintenance software and scheduling maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of PM's and routine maintenance. This dynamic leader will work closely with other managers to ensure that equipment is operating at peak performance and meeting all safety and food safety requirements. Also responsible for shop organization, parts inventory and department safety trainings. This position will require the manager to be hands-on and will need to possess the skills of a well experienced maintenance technician.

Hours

• Full time job
• Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm or 5pm. (based on demands)
• 8-hour shift plus occasional overtime
• Occasional weekends when needed

Salary

• $120K to 130K yearly per hour based on experience.
