Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory count (warehouse and office) as needed
• Ensure that the scrap metal and cardboard are recycled on at least a weekly basis
• Ensure that the warehouse floor is clear of any unnecessary materials (i.e. re-racking pipes, breaking down boxes, moving completed projects to their proper locations, etc.)
• Assist the installers/technicians in unloading their trucks in the morning
• Perform a final morning sweep with the installers and techs to ensure they have all necessary equipment, parts or materials
• Pick-up materials from suppliers and distributors
• Deliver parts and materials to field technicians as needed
• Will be tasked with assisting around job sites and the warehouse with various tasks
• Adhere to a daily task list as well as a weekly building maintenance schedule
• Adhere to a fleet detailing and maintenance schedule
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Ample training will be provided for all necessary tasks

Pay Range : $18.00 - $22.00 DOE

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Warehouse management experience
• Detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
• Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
• Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and dependability
• Exceptional follow-through capabilities
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Forklift Operation Certification
• Clean, Valid Driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift 100 lb. air conditioning and refrigeration equipment 8 to 10 times each day.
• Must be able to work outdoors in wet and cold (below freezing) and in extremely hot and humid weather (above 100˚ degrees).
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Must have dexterous use of both hands and be able to use mechanical hand tools.
• Must be able to work in a kneeling or squatting position.
• This is strenuous work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, smelling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting and the ability to work without supervision.
