Job Responsibilities

• A minimum of 1 years collection experience in a healthcare environment.
• Must have knowledge of healthcare billing and collections
• Broad knowledge and experience with all commercial carriers including Medicare / Medicaid
• Strong organizational skills required
• Assist patients face to face with billing questions
• Respond to and resolve patient billing inquires via phone
• Insurance payment posting

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of medical coding experience
• Must have knowledge of healthcare billing and collections
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge and experience with all commercial carriers including Medicare / Medicaid
• Strong organizational skills required
