As a Client Care Coordinator with Sunflower Counseling, you'll be the welcoming voice and helping hand that clients first encounter on their path to well-being. Your role is critical in providing a seamless and supportive experience for every individual seeking our services.

Responsibilities That Make a Difference:

· Promptly schedule new client appointments within 24 hours of their initial contact, setting the stage for their therapeutic journey.

· Actively manage communication with referral sources, maintaining a clear and consistent update loop.

· Accurately enter client details into our electronic health records, ensuring a reliable foundation for their care.

· Thoughtfully coordinate client-clinician matches, considering expertise and client needs for a tailored fit.

· Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, affirming their confidence in our commitment to care.

· Answer calls live with attentiveness, offering immediate support and a friendly ear to those reaching out.

· Ensure timely callbacks to potential new clients, demonstrating responsiveness and enthusiasm for their interest in our services.
