Job Title: Nursing Assistant / Caregiver (Evening Shift)

Location: Elmore Assisted Living - Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time OR Part-Time Evening Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) Every Other Weekend

Pay: $18-$21/hour (depending on experience) Shift Differentials

• Weekday Shift Differential: $0.25/hour
• Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00/hour

Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Overview:

As a Nursing Assistant / Caregiver at Elmore Assisted Living, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal cares, such as ambulation, transfers, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Creating a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents to thrive.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our residents.

Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Qualifications:

• Commitment to providing high-quality care and enhancing the well-being of our geriatric population.
• Interest in becoming Certified as a Nursing Assistant / CNA (training opportunities available).
• Team player mentality with a drive to learn and grow.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
