As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Hybrid Substitute Staffing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of remote child care professionals, including conducting performance reviews, handling employee files, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Manage and lead engaging trainings and staff meetings to enhance professional development and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Foster a sense of belonging and community among our preschool teachers through regular communication, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Lead the training and onboarding process for childcare teachers, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for success in their roles.
• Boost morale and motivation among our substitute childcare educators, empowering them to thrive in their growth journey within the organization.
• Track and analyze key metrics to assess employee performance and program effectiveness and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Create and distribute a regular newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged with company updates and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or daycare management, at least 1 year preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate remote teams.
• Proficient in or open to learning Google Drive and Gmail, and open to the idea of learning new online software and programs
• Proven track record of fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for supporting the growth and development of child care teachers.
• Travel to child care centers across the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas to perform employee reviews, and present awards and more.
