Job Description:

Join our team as a Service Training Specialist and play a crucial role in our restaurant's transition from counter service to casual sit-down dining. We're seeking a dedicated individual who will help train our employees to deliver exceptional service that matches our delicious food offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to our restaurant's transition to casual sit-down service.
- Train and mentor staff on proper table service etiquette, guest interaction, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing employee development.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance service skills.
- Collaborate with management to assess training needs and continuously improve service standards.

Qualifications:
